基于斯维尔软件的工程造价管理BIM技术研究

在传统工程造价管理中,存在多种弊端,不仅缺乏管理,甚至还出现效率低下,与当今市场严重脱轨等现象。针对此种现状,建筑企业迫切需要一种高质量的工程造价管理方式。充分利用BIM技术,通过三维模型的建立,能够有效提升工程造价管理效率。基于斯维尔软件的工程造价管理BIM技术研究,首先阐述了阐述BIM技术的实际运用,再对斯维尔软件功能进行简要描述,最后通过具体案例,阐述如何运用斯维尔软件与BIM技术进行工程管理,从而在最大程度上实现项目方案的优化。

In the traditional project cost management,there are many disadvantages in not only the lack of management,but also low efficiency and serious derailment from the current market.In view of this situation,construction enterprises urgently need a high-quality project cost management.By making full use of BIM technology and building three-dimensional model,the efficiency of project cost management can be improved effectively.The BIM technology in project cost management based on Swell software has been studied in this paper.The practical application of BIM technology is expounded firstly,and then the function of the Swell software is briefly described.Finally,a concrete case is given to illustrate how to make use of the Swell software and BIM technology to make project management,so as to maximize the implementation of the optimization to project program.
