摘要
车载逆变器是一种实现DC12V直流电转换为AC220V交流电的装置,是一种方便的车用电源转换器。因此对本电路的设计要求除了具有良好的电气性能外,还必须具备体积小、重量轻、成本低,可靠性高、抗干扰能力强等特点。本设计要完成的是基于SG3525A小功率车载逆变器的设计,设计的主要思路是运用SG3525A芯片产生脉冲调制驱动信号,先将12V直流电逆变为交流电,再通过升压变压器升压为220V的交流电输出,供负载使用。
The vehicle-mounted inverter is a device that realizes the conversion of DC12 V DC to AC220 V AC,and is a convenient vehicle power converter.Therefore,in addition to having good electrical performance,the design of this circuit must also have the characteristics of small size,light weight,low cost,high reliability,and strong anti-interference.The design is to be completed based on the design of the SG3525 A low-power vehicle-mounted inverter.The main idea of the design is to use the SG3525 Achip to generate a pulse modulation drive signal.First,the 12 VDC is reversed into alternating current,and then the voltage is lifted by the booster transformer 220 V AC output for load use.
