摘要
宜兴油车水库主坝为黏土心墙堆石坝,左岸防渗覆盖层采用40cm厚度薄壁混凝土防渗墙处理,基岩采用帷幕灌浆,轴线防渗长度2.4km,沿防渗轴线分布有众多溶洞。大量溶洞群的存在给防渗处理带来很大难度,必须采取有效措施,既控制成本,又能确保灌浆质量。前期的普通灌浆处理,周期长、灌浆工程量大。效果不明显,后改用复合浆液及膏状浆液灌注,处理速度快,达到灌浆设计压力的时间短,能够满足设计要求。
The main dam of Yixing Oil Truck Reservoir is a clay core wall rockfill dam.The left bank antiseepage cover is treated with 40 cm thick thin-wall concrete anti-seepage wall.The bedrock is curtain grouted.The axis anti-seepage length is 2.4 km,and there are many caves along the anti-seepage axis.The existence of a large number of karst caves is very difficult for anti-seepage treatment.Effective measures must be taken to control both the cost and the quality of grouting.After the ordinary grouting treatment in the early stage,the cycle is long,and the amount of grouting engineering is large.The effect is not obvious,and then the composite slurry and the paste slurry are used for infusion,with the fast processing speed,and the short time for grouting design pressure,which can meet the design requirements.
