摘要
以舒兰经济开发区污水处理厂工程为例,主要处理对象为城镇生活污水和工业废水,总体处理规模设为1.0万m3/d。确定了该污水处理厂设计进出水水质,在水质分析的基础上进行工艺流程的比选,最终采用"粗格栅及提升泵池+细格栅及旋流沉砂池+CASS生化池+二提泵池+深度处理间+紫外线消毒"工艺,并进行主要单元构筑物参数设计以及分析了本工程建成之后预期对当地产生的环境效益。其工程设计数据可供类似工程参考借鉴。
This paper takes the sewage treatment plant of Shulan Economic Developing Zone as an example,and the main treatment subjects are municipal sewage and industrial wastewater.The overall treatment scale is 10 000 m3/d.The design to the in and out water quality of the wastewater treatment plant has been determined.The process flow is compared and selected on the basis of water quality analysis.In the end,the technology of'he coarse grille and the lifting pump room+the fine grille and the swirling sand settling tank+the CASS biochemical tank+the lifting pump room+advanced processing room+ultraviolet disinfection'is adopted.The design to the main unit structure parameters and the expected environmental benefits after the completion of the project are also carried out.The engineering design data can also be used as a reference for similar projects.
