在高校职称评聘过程中,纸质投票方式耗时长且易于出错。针对这种问题,提出了一种基于WEB的职称评聘投票系统。论述了该系统的设计与实现过程,及其应用于实际职称评聘工作中的意义。该系统通过Java语言与MySQL数据库实现了基于B/S架构的职称投票管理,在实际应用中该系统表现出方便、高效、安全和公正的优点。

In the process of professional title appraisal and appointment in colleges and universities,paper ballot is time consuming and prone to error.To solve this problem,in this paper a voting system for professional title appraisal and appointment based on WEB technology is proposed.This system implements the voting management based on the B/S structure through applying Java language and MySQL database.In the practical application,this system demonstrates the advantages of convenience,efficiency,safety and fairness.The paper deals with the design and implementation process of the voting system for professional title appraisal and appointment based on WEB technology and the significance of its application to the professional title appraisal and appointment.
