摘要
讨论了产品设计中用户内隐性知识和设计知识的特点,以及用户内隐知识转化为设计知识在产品设计中的必要性。建立了设计知识—用户内隐性知识转换模型并分析了其中的要点,提出用户内隐知识整理、设计知识组织与传递、语义扩展与匹配、知识匹配一致性检查4个关键步骤。通过以榫卯结构(1)为形态要素的家电产品设计为例,采用主成分分析法和语义差异法等方法实现了用户内隐性知识向设计知识的转换,并验证了该转换模型的可行性,为完善计算机辅助产品设计及家电产品扁平化协同设计提供参考。
The characteristics of tacit knowledge and design knowledge in the product design are discussed in this paper,and the necessity of transforming the tacit knowledge into the design knowledge of product design is also discussed.The design knowledge has been established——the tacit knowledge conversion model in users,and the key points have been analyzed,and four key steps of the users'tacit knowledge arrangement,the design knowledge organization and transmission,the semantic extension and matching,and the consistency check to the knowledge matching are put forward.Taking the example of the household electrical appliance product design with tenon and mortise structure as the key elements in shapes,the conversion of tacit knowledge to design knowledge is realized by the method of principal component analysis and semantic difference method.The transformation model is verified,which lays the foundation for improving the computer aided product design and the flat collaborative design to household appliances.
