摘要
为了提高建筑外墙保温泡沫材料的防火性能,提出基于边缘约束构件破坏形态分析的建筑外墙保温泡沫材料防火性能评估方法。采用无线传感监测技术进行建筑外墙保温泡沫材料的防火性能参数采集,采集的参数有温度、应变、竖向挠度等;结合热电偶传感器进行防火性能测试,在多个应变测点进行建筑外墙保温泡沫材料防火效能的动态评估;采用温度修正和动态预警阈值评估方法,进行建筑外墙保温泡沫材料测点的温度变化分析,结合测点的时间滞后评估方法,实现对建筑外墙保温泡沫材料的边缘约束构件破坏形态分析;根据破坏形态的预测结果实现对材料防火性能的评估。实验结果表明,采用本文方法能有效实现对建筑外墙保温泡沫材料防火性能评估,且评估准确性较高、可靠性较强。
In order to improve the fire performance of building exterior wall insulation foam materials,a fire resistance performance evaluation method for building exterior wall insulation foam materials based on the analysis of failure modes of edge restraint members is proposed.The wireless sensor monitoring technology is used to collect the fire performance parameters of the building exterior wall insulation foam.The parameters collected are temperature,strain,vertical deflection,etc.Combined with the thermocouple sensor for fire performance test,outside the building at multiple strain points dynamic evaluation of fire protection performance of wall insulation foam,temperature analysis and dynamic early warning threshold evaluation method are used to analyze the temperature change of building exterior insulation foam measuring points.Combined with time lag evaluation method of measuring points to realize thermal insulation foam for building exterior wall the fracture analysis of the edge constrained members of the material.The evaluation of the fire performance of the material is achieved based on the predicted results of the failure morphology.The experimental results show that the method can effectively evaluate the fire performance of building exterior wall insulation foam materials,and the evaluation accuracy is high and the reliability is strong.
