油页岩原位裂解注浆帷幕止水浆液的研制 被引量:2

摘要 油页岩原位裂解是未来开采方法发展趋势,但是如何保证裂解出的油气不会对地下环境产生污染,裂解区域地下水与外部不能贯通以及油气的回收率是油页岩原位裂解技术的一大难点,地下止水帷幕技术解决了此技术难题,但前提条件是需开发出一种性能优良、止水效果好、凝结时间可控的浆液。通过正交试验等方法研制了一种适合止水帷幕技术的止水浆液,经过性能测试,其技术指标达到了止水帷幕工艺技术要求。 It is a development trend of future exploitation method for in-situ pyrolysis of oil shale,but there are also major difficulties for pyrolysis technique of oil shale that how to ensure the oil and gas produced by pyrolysis cannot pollute the underground environment,the ground water in pyrolysis area cannot be connected with the outside,and how is the recovery of oil and gas.The technique of curtain for cutting off water underground solves the technical problem.The precondition is to develop a kind of fluid with excellent performance,good effect of cutting off water and controllable setting time.The article develops a kind of fluid for technique of curtain for cutting off water by orthogonal experiments,and its technical indexes meet the requirements of technique of curtain for cutting off water after performance tests.
