3-溴丙烷-1,1,1-三甲酸三乙酯的合成工艺改进

摘要 3-溴丙烷-1,1,1-三甲酸三乙酯(1)是合成抗病毒药泛昔洛韦的重要侧链。它(1)是以丙二酸二乙酯为起始原料在以甲苯为溶剂下与乙醇、镁反应,再与氯甲酸乙酯作用制得甲烷三甲酸三乙酯(2),(2)在DMF/K2CO3下与1,2-二溴乙烷反应合成得到的。以丙二酸二乙酯计总收率为88.3%。
