高职院校全程化就业指导体系的思考

Thinking on the Whole-Course Employment Guidance System in Higher Vocational Colleges

全程化就业指导是指从新生入学开始,分阶段通过有计划、有目的的教育引导,帮助学生科学规划自己的职业蓝图,本文从贯穿学生整个学习过程、全员参与、加强就业指导,提升服务质量和水平、以就业为导向的高等职业教育专业课程体系的设计和实施、做好毕业生跟踪调查和回访工作五个方面探讨了构建高职院校全程化就业指导体系的思路。

Full employment guidance means,starting from day one,to help students plan their own scientific planning,closely following the given procedures and fulfilling the given a purposes. This paper discusses five aspects for constructing the whole- career guidance system in Higher Vocational Colleges from: the design and implementation of the curriculum system of higher vocational education based on the whole learning process,full participation,strengthening employment guidance,improving the service quality and level,graduates investigation and return visit.
