摘要
作为一名境外访问学者,笔者观摩了导师的环境设计课程,旁听了系里其他老师的Environment design,Environment sasibility,Environmental Chemistry,Techniques of environmental anslysis课程,参与导师的科研项目、学术会议,在导师指导下开展研究并撰写论文,与导师谈经论道感悟人生等,在理论水平、科研能力等方面有较大进步,特别是在英语的学习上有了很大的提高。这也说明境外访问学者的培养模式是高校青年教师有效的发展途径。
As a visiting scholar abroad,the author inspected the mentor Environment design course,and attended the courses of the teachers of other department in Environment design,Environment sensibility,Environmental Chemistry,Techniques of Environmental analysis,etc. I also participated in the scientific research project of my tutor and the academic conference. Under the guidance of my tutor,I conducted research and wrote papers,exchanging feelings on career and life. Consequently,I got improved in the theoretical level and scientific research ability,especially on the learning of English. It also suggests that the foreign visitor’s training mode is meaningful to the development of young teachers in colleges and universities.
