摘要
以废弃物铁屑、铝屑、硫酸、盐酸为原料制备混凝剂聚合双酸铝铁(PAFCS),并以印染废水作为处理对象,探讨当合成因素混酸过量比、盐酸和硫酸用量比、铝铁投料比、反应温度不同时,所合成PAFCS对废水COD的不同处理效果。经单因素试验得到各因素最佳水平为:酸过量为30%,双酸比为1:2,铝铁投料比为1:1.3,反应温度为45℃时,所合成的PAFCS对印染废水的COD去除率最高可达到46.3%。
PAFCS’s synthesis is studied with salvaged material including scrap iron,scrap aluminium,sulphuric acid and hydrochloric acid.With dyeing waste water as the treating object,the different COD treatment effects were observed with various influences of the factors such as amount of excessive acid,n HCl:n H2SO4,n Al:n Fe and reaction temperature.Through single-factor experiments the synthetical PAFCS has the best COD removals of46.3% for the dyeing water with the optimum synthesis level as n HCl:n H2SO4 is 1:2,reaction temperature is45℃,n Al:n Fe is 1:1.3 and amount of excessive acid is 30%.
