Study and Analysis of the Effects of College Students’ Innovation Practice on Talent Development——With E-Commerce

本文以电子商务专业为案例,深入探讨大学生创新创业实践活动,对学生专业学习和专业技能以及就业产生的影响,结合当今互联网时代大背景,分别阐述创新创业实践活动对现代物流、电子商务、网站运营等专业知识的推动吸收作用,并分析当前就业环境,提出在电子商务专业学习中融入创新实践课程教学内容。

Taking E-commerce major as a case,this thesis elaborates on the effects of innovative practice on their major studies,professional skills and their future employment.With internet age as the background,the paper studies the effects of innovative business start-up on the knowledge absoption of modern logistics,e-commerce,website operation,etc.,respectively.The current employment situation is also analysized together with the suggestion that innovative pratice course be included in study of e-commerce major.
