摘要
四杆机构在不同的运动中会存在死点,它对机构运动产生影响;本论文通过平面四杆机构的运动情况分析,得出常用七种平面四杆机构的死点位置及个数,为利用或克服死点位置提供分析依据;正确理解死点和死点位置有助于提高机械创新设计能力。
A dead position may exist for four bar mechanism in different motion,and it will influence the motion of the mechnais. In this paper,through the movement of the plane four bar mechanism analysis,we obtain dead point position of the seven commonly used planar four bar mechanism and a number to provide for the use of or to get rid of dead point position. Correct understanding of dead center position is helpful to improve the mechanical capability of innovative design.
