“现代学徒制”建设实践与对策思考——以常州工程职业技术学院酒店管理专业为例

Reflections on the Practice and Countermeasures of the Construction of Modern Apprenticeship System——With the Hotel Management Specialty of CVIE as an Example

现代学徒制是学校教育与传统学徒制完美结合的产物,很多发达国家都已成功地通过现代学徒制来解决教育与就业的矛盾,促进了职业教育的发展。本文从现代学徒制的理论研究出发,结合常州工程职业技术学院酒店管理现代学徒试点专业建设实践,探索如何构建具有我国高职教育特色的现代学徒制。

Modern apprenticeship is the product of the perfect combination of the school education and the traditional apprenticeship. Many developed countries have successfully solved the contradiction between education and employment through the modern apprenticeship,and promoted the development of vocational education. This paper is based on the theoretical research of modern apprenticeship,combining the practice of the construction of modern apprenticeship pilot in hotel management of Changzhou Vocational Institute of Engineering,exploring how to construct modern apprenticeship system with the characteristics of higher vocational education.
