基于STC12C5A60S2与模糊PID算法的中小型煤粉锅炉测控系统设计

摘要 煤粉锅炉在供热、干燥中有着较多的应用,受技术和成本的影响,传统煤粉锅炉仍然有着广泛应用,其存在着自动化层次低、安全性能弱、污染突出等问题,该设计采用STC12C5A60S2单片机结合PID模糊控制算法开发的中小型煤粉锅炉测控系统通过对传统煤粉锅炉的优化设计,采用Matlab对模糊控制进行仿真。该设计提高了煤粉锅炉的工作效率、且人机界面友好,使用维护方便。 Pulverized coal boiler has more applications in heating and drying. The traditional pulverized coal boiler is still widely used because of the influence of technology and cost,while it has many problems,such as low level of automation,weak security performance and pollution. The design uses STC12C5A60S2 microcontroller combined with fuzzy PID control algorithm to develop small and medium sized pulverized coal boiler measure and control system. The system optimizes the design of the traditional pulverized coal boiler,Matlab is used to simulate the fuzzy control. The design improves the working efficiency of the pulverized coal boiler,friendly interface,concise and easy,convenient maintenance.
