Rustic opinion to Ye Jianying’s Military vocational education idea

叶剑英同志是中国人民解放军的主要缔造者之一,他先后担任训练总监部代部长,军委军事训练和军事学术研究委员会主任,受命创办军事科学院,并任院长兼政治委员。主持全军的军事教育与军事训练工作,制定了军事科学研究的正确方针、原则和方法,培养了一批军事组训与科研人才。他的军事职业教育思想主要体现在:坚持以军事训练为中心,突出军事训练的地位;坚持'四个结合'的训教思想,着力提升部队的训练效果;弘扬'抗大'精神,建设具有中国特色的军事院校教育;不断加强军事科学研究,服务军队建设。

Comrade Ye Jianying was one of the chief architects of the PLA. He served as Minister of training,acting Minister of the Ministry of military affairs,chairman of the military training and military academic research committee,was ordered to set up a military academy of Sciences,and served as president and political commissar.He presided over the military education and military training of the whole army,formulated the correct policy,principles and methods for military scientific research,and trained a number of military training and scientific research personnel. His thought of military occupation education is mainly embodied as following. Adhere to military training as the center and highlight the position of military training. Insist on " four combination" training ideas,efforts to enhance the effect of the training of troops. Carry forward the spirit of " anti" and build a military academy education with Chinese characteristics. Continue to strengthen military scientific research and serve the army construction.
