摘要
某染料化工有限公司生产废水主要来源于染料中间体对氨基偶氮苯盐酸盐、酸性大红GR产品,该废水毒性大、有机污染物浓度高,利用“物化预处理+生化+物化处理”的方法处理酸性染料系列及染料中间体生产废水,出水达到《污水综合排放标准(GB8978-1996)》三级排放标准。
The wastewater of a dyestuff chemical company mainly comes from dye intermediates as p-aminoazobenzene,hydrochloride and acid red GR. Due to the toxicity of wastewater,high concentration of organic pollutants,the wastewater was treated by means of "physicochemical pretreatment + biochemical + physicochemical"from the acid dyes and dye intermediates in order to make the effluent reach the discharge standard( GB8978-1996) grade Ⅲ.
