三种聚合物对印染废水处理效果的实验研究

Experimental Study on Treatment of Dyeing Wastewater by Three Polymers

摘要 以聚合双酸铝铁(PAFCS)、聚合氯化铝(PAC)和聚合氯化铝铁(PAFC)三种聚合物分别处理印染废水,并在此基础上研究了这三种絮凝剂和聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)复配时对印染废水的处理效果。实验结果表明:PAC、PAFC和PAFCS三种絮凝剂处理印染废水化学需氧量(COD)时,最佳投加量分别是150mg/100m L、100mg/100m L和100mg/100m L,最佳p H值分别是8.0、7.0、8.0。三种絮凝剂与阳离子型聚丙烯酰胺(PAMC)复配时,PAFCS对废水的处理效果最好,COD去除率高达71.2%,PAMC的投加量为0.4mg/100m L;与阴离子型聚丙烯酰胺(PAMA)复配时,PAC对废水的处理效果最好,COD去除率高达71.1%,PAMA的投加量为0.2mg/100m L。 Dyeing wastewater was respectively treated with three polymers which were polyaluminum ferric chloride sulfate( PAFCS),polyaluminum chloride( PAC) and polymeric ferric aluminum chloride( PAFC). And with this basis,treatment effects of dyeing wastewater were studied with the combination of the three polymers and polyacrylamide( PAM. Experiments showed that the best dosage of PAC,PAFC and PAFCS are 150 mg/100 m L,100 mg/100 m L and 100 mg/100 m Lwhen chemical oxygen demand( COD) removal rate of dyeing wastewater as the treating object and the best p H values are 8. 0,7. 0 and 8. 0. When the three polymers were combined with cationic polyacrylamide( PAMC),PAFCS has the best treatment effect with COD removal rate of 71. 2% and the dosage of PAMC is 0. 4 mg/100 m L; When the three polymers were combined with anionic polyacrylamide( PAMA),PAC has the best treatment effect with COD removal rate of 71. 1% and the dosage of PAMC is 0. 2 mg/100 m L.
