基于CAD/CAE技术的塑料制冰盒注塑模设计

CAD/CAE Collaborative Design on Injection Mold Design of Plastic Ice Cube Tray

摘要 基于CAD/CAE技术,以塑料制冰盒为研究对象,利用Moldflow软件对其浇口位置进行分析,根据CAE结果确定了注塑模CAD结构的初步设计,再将初设计反馈至CAE系统平台进行模流仿真,考查了塑料熔体填充情况、流动前沿温度、注塑压力及在成型过程中可能产生的熔接线、气穴等缺陷结果,验证了模具型腔布局及浇注系统、冷却系统等设计的合理性,得到了最终模具设计方案,证明CAD/CAE协同设计技术可以为模具设计人员提供依据。 Based on CAD/CAE technology and using plastic ice cube tray as research target,gate position was analyzed with Moldflow software. CAE results were used to form the initial design of injection mould CAD structure,which was fed back to CAE platform to perform mold flow analysis. Filling quality,flow front temperature,injection pressure and potential defects such as weld line and capitation were examined to verify the rationality of injection system and cooling system. Final injection mold design was obtained which proved that CAD/CAE collaborative design technology can provide a basis for mould design.
