高校学生艺术社团管理与发展体系探究

On the Management and Development System of College Students’ Art Clubs

摘要 随着高等教育改革的不断深化,高校人才培养模式要求注重学生的综合素质,高校学生艺术社团作为第二课堂的重要组成部分,兼具艺术育人和实践育人功能,全方位提升学生综合素质,推进素质教育,推动高校校园文化建设,加强思想政治教育。但是目前高校艺术社团发展也出现很多问题,数量发展迅速,管理机制不完善;日益社会化,具有娱乐化倾向;缺乏专业教师的系统指导。因此需要探索构建科学合理的艺术社团管理和建设体系,课程化管理模式开设通识教育课程、专业训练课程和活动指导课程,满足不同学生接受艺术教育需求;实践化管理模式依托艺术竞赛、艺术活动和艺术训练三个载体,搭建金字塔式艺术实践教育模式,提升学生综合素质。 With deepening the reform of higher education,students cultivation mode in colleges and universities needs to be paid attention to develop students’ comprehensive qualities. As an important part of the "second class",college students’ art clubs in colleges and universities with functions of art education and practical capability education,it’s essential to improve students’ all-around qualities,to promote the construction of college campus culture and to strengthen ideological and political education. However,there occurred problems in the development of art clubs in colleges and universities. The quantity is developing rapidly while management mechanism is imperfect. School art clubs turned to be socialized,entertainment-oriented without systematic guidance from professional teachers. Therefore,it is necessary to explore the construction of a scientific and rational management system of art clubs. Curriculum-oriented management mode shall provide general education courses,professional training courses and activity guidance courses to meet the needs of different students to receive art education. Action-oriented management mode shall rely on art competitions and art activities and art training three carriers to build the pyramid of art practice education and to enhance students’ overall qualities.
