摘要
本文以常州工程职业技术学院为例,总结近年来学院因公临时出国(境)发展经历,分析服务与管理工作中面临的问题,结合建立常态化周期性的诊断与改进理念,提出完善学院因公出国(境)管理工作的对策。
History and development of college ’s temporary dispatching abroad on business of recent years is summarized and problems occurred in this service and administration has been analyzed,with Changzhou Vocational Institute of Engineering as an example. Several countermeasures have been put forward based on the theory of normalized and periodic diagnosis and improvement.
