新形势下党建工作对推动高校师德师风建设研究

On the Party Construction’s Promotion of the Construction of University Teachers’ Moral Character and Ethics Under the New Circumstance

通过问卷调查,分析了安徽地方本科高校师德师风建设的实际现状。在师德师风建设中固化'两学一做'学习教育活等系列党建工作成效,并以某校为例,分析比较了党建工作对师德师风建设的影响,提出了推动师德师风建设的有效路径。

The present situation of teachers’ moral character and ethics in local colleges in Anhui province has been analyzed via a series of questionnaire. The effectiveness of Party Construction is obviously revealed in 'Two Studies, One Action'. Using a certain college as case study, a comparative study of the influence of Party Construction on teachers’ moral character and ethics has been compared and analyzed. Therefore, some effective measures for promoting the construction of teachers’ moral character and ethics have been put forward.
