校园安全无小事,一枝一叶总关情。面向新时代,立足在校大学生安全实情与现状,确保高校校园安全须重点围绕'把在校大学生的人身安全作为校园安全的兜底要求,切实维护大学生的财产安全,不断提升大学生人格、心理、精神安全保障水平'的平安校园建设总体指导原则和方针,进一步织紧织密校园安全的'笼子',方能让大学校园真正成为一方净土,成为大学生陶冶情操、学习知识、掌握技能、强体健魄的'世外桃源'。

Campus safety is essential. Facing the new era, based on the security facts and current situation of college students, the safety of college campus should be focused on the construction of college students’ personal safety and on the guarantee of college students’ property safety and students personality, psychology and spirit.With this general guiding principle, to further tighten the 'cage' of campus security so that the university campus can truly become a pure land and a 'paradise' for college students to edify sentiment, learn knowledge, master skills with strong body and soul.
