基于超效率DEA的我国城市经济发展质量分析

Quality Analysis of Chinese Cities Economic Development Based on Super-efficiency DEA

文章介绍了传统数据包络分析法(DEA)的基本原理和超效率DEA改进措施。超效率DEA能克服传统DEA中同时出现多个有效情况时无法对评价单元作进一步评判的缺陷,能够对多个有效评价单元进行更细致的分析和排序,提高了决策的分辨力。运用超效率DEA对我国部分城市经济发展质量和效益进行了评价,结果表明,我国大部分城市经济发展质量和效益较好,为保证我国城市经济高质量发展奠定了坚实的基础。

Basic principles of traditional data envelopment analysis(DEA)and improvement measures of super efficiency DEA have been illustrated.The super-efficiency DEA can overcome the defects that the evaluation unit can not be further judged when the traditional DEA has multiple effective conditions.It can make more detailed analysis and sorting of several effective and effective evaluation units in order to improve the resolution of the decision.The super-efficiency DEA has been applied to evaluate the economic development quality and benefits of some Chinese cities here.Results show that most of Chinese cities have good economic development qualities and benefits,which lays a solid foundation for the high quality development of Chinese cities.
