On the Effectiveness of Ideological and Political Work of University Staff Under the New Situation

高校思想政治工作关系到高等教育的长足发展和社会的长久稳定,通过对高校教职工思想政治工作现状及原因进行分析,进一步加强和改进高校教职工思想政治工作,可以极大地提高广大教职工的思想政治素质,同时,可以通过加强整体部署、创新学习方式和加强队伍建设等几个方面推进高校思想政治工作的实效性。

The ideological and political work has a close relationship with the substantial development of colleges and universities and the long-term stability of the society.The present situation and factors of the ideological and political work in colleges and universities were analyzed,it is found that the ideological and political quality of faculty staff in higher education system can be greatly improved via improving and renovating the ideological and political work.And meanwhile,different approaches can be used to raise the effectiveness of the ideological and political work,such as improving overall deployment,renovating study methods and enhancing team construction.
