基于CAN总线的电动汽车踏板、换挡系统建模与故障诊断仿真 被引量:1

摘要 建立了纯电动汽车制动踏板、加速踏板和换挡系统的Simulink功能模型,利用Labview对模型所产生的CAN故障信号进行读取,识别显示其故障的内容。介绍了纯电动汽车换挡系统诊断信号的设计,依据ISO 15031-6标准的故障码规范进行故障码设计;依据ISO 15765-2标准的服务规范,对CAN信号进行设计。最终实现了在Simulink环境下电动汽车制动踏板、加速踏板和换挡系统模型故障的模拟仿真。 In this paper,the Simulink function model of brake pedal,acceleration pedal and gear shifting system of battery electric vehicle was established,and the CAN signal faults generated by the model were read by Labview to identify and display the contents of the faults. The design of the diagnostic signal of the battery electric vehicle shifting system was introduced. The fault code design was carried out according to the fault code specification of ISO 15031-6. The CAN signal was designed according to the service specification of ISO 15765-2. Finally,the simulation of the electric vehicle brake pedal, accelerator pedal and gear shifting system model failure in the Simulink environment was realized.
