盆底肌康复锻炼在肛肠良性疾病术后并发急性尿潴留患者中的临床效果观察

Clinical Observation of Pelvic Floor Muscle Exercise in Patients with Acute Urinary Retention After Anorectal Benign Diseases

观察研究盆底肌锻炼在肛肠良性疾病术后并发急性尿潴留患者中的临床效果。在医院内部选取2016年4月—2018年4月收治的100例实施肛肠良性疾病术的患者作为研究对象,随机将其分为锻炼组和对照组,对比两组患者的术后相关指标、尿潴留发生率以及生活质量评分。结果表明:锻炼组的术后相关指标明显优于对照组(P <0. 05);锻炼组的尿潴留发生率显著低于对照组(P <0. 05);锻炼组的生活质量评分显著高于对照组(P <0. 05)。由此可见,在肛肠良性疾病术后护理中实施盆底肌康复锻炼具有较好的临床效果,能有效优化患者术后指标,降低术后并发急性尿潴留的几率,有利于改善患者的生活质量,可广泛应用于临床护理中。

To observe the clinical effect of pelvic floor muscle exercise in patients with acute urinary retention after anorectal benign diseases. In this study,100 cases of benign anorectal diseases treated in the hospital from April 2016 to April 2018 were selected as the subjects. They were randomly divided into the exercise group and the control group. The postoperative related indexes,the urinary retention rate and the quality of life score of the two groups were compared. Results: the related indexes of the exercise group were significantly better than those in the control group( P < 0. 05),and the rate of urinary retention in the exercise group was significantly lower than that of the control group( P < 0. 05),and the quality of life of the exercise group was significantly higher than that of the control group( P < 0. 05). The implementation of pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation exercise in postoperative nursing of benign anorectal diseases has good clinical effect. It can effectively optimize the postoperative index of the patients,reduce the incidence of postoperative acute urinary retention,and improve the quality of life of the patients. It is suitable to be widely used in clinical nursing.
