口服羟苯磺酸钙联合玻璃体腔注射康柏西普治疗糖尿病视网膜病变的疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Oral Kallidinogenaseand Intravitreal Injection of Conbercept Treating Diabetic Retinopathy

为了探讨口服羟苯磺酸钙联合玻璃体腔注射康柏西普治疗糖尿病视网膜病变(Diabetic retinopathy,DR)的临床疗效,选取我院2016年8月—2017年8月收治住院的糖尿病视网膜病变患者共35例(67眼),依据我国糖尿病视网膜病变分期标准,其中Ⅲ期患者11例(21眼)、Ⅳ期患者12例(23眼)、Ⅴ期患者12例(23眼),所有患者均采用口服羟苯磺酸钙联合玻璃体腔注射康柏西普治疗,观察患者治疗后7天、1个月、3个月最佳矫正视力、眼压、黄斑中心厚度、视网膜新生血管及全身并发症情况。结果表明:与治疗前相比,患者的视力明显升高,差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05);眼压维持在正常水平(P> 0. 05);黄斑中心厚度于术后7天、1个月、3个月持续变薄(P <0. 05);Ⅳ、Ⅴ期眼底新生血管明显消退者38眼(82. 6%),Ⅲ期渗漏减轻者18眼(85. 7%);术后及随访期间所有患者均无与治疗相关的严重眼部及全身并发症。说明口服羟苯磺酸钙联合玻璃体腔注射康柏西普治疗DR临床效果显著,可推广使用。

Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of oral kallidinogenase and intravitreal injectionConberceptin the treatment of diabetic retinopathy. Methods: Thirty-five patients with diabetic retinopathy admitted in our hospital from August 2016 to August 2017 were selected as the research objects. According to the staging criteria of DR in China,these patients in Ⅲperiod were 11 cases( 21 eyes),in Ⅳ period were 12 cases( 23 eyes),in Ⅴ period were 12 cases( 23 eyes). All the patients were treated with intravitreal conbercept and oral kallidinogenase. Patients were followed up for7 d、1 mo to 3 mo after treatment. The BCVA、IOP、CMT 、retinal neovascularization and complications of the patients were observed. Results: The visual acuity of the patients were significantly increased compared with that before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). IOP of the patients were maintained at normal level( P > 0. 05). the CMT significantly decreased from 7 d、1 mo to 3 mo after treatment.( P < 0. 05). Ⅳ,Ⅴ period in patients with retinal neovascularization have clearly faded were 38 eyes( 82. 6%),Ⅲ period in patients with leakage to reduce were 18 eyes( 85. 7%);No serious ocular and systemic complications related to treatment were found in all patients after operation and follow-up. Conclusions: Oral kallidinogenase and intravitreal injectionConberceptin the treatment of diabetic retinopathy has significant clinical effect,which can be widely used in clinic.
