摘要
针对两轴两框架转台的结构,分析了影响系统误差的误差源,指出了影响其稳定精度和跟踪精度的运动误差。通过对该转台轴系回转误差的数学建模与分析,并通过MATLAB仿真,得到了轴系回转误差即俯仰角偏差、方位角偏差及其变化率随俯仰角和方位角的变化曲线和轴系误差的分布规律函数,为设计阶段进行误差的分配提供了理论依据。
In this paper,an structure of on-board rate-type two axes and two framework turntable were given;the in-fluence of the system Volumetric Error sources was analyzed;the geometric motion error that can affect the structure’ s stabilization precision and Tracking Accuracy geometric motion was discussed and pointed out.The axis rotation errors including pitch angle deviation and azimuth error and its change curve and its distribution function were obtained by sim-ulating with MATLAB through mathematics modeling and analysis of the rotary errors of axis. The theory evidence for error distribution in design was provided.
