摘要
废气涡轮增压器转子在工作转速下的不平衡会引起较大的振动破坏。分析了当前动平衡检测技术的应用,以软支承振动力学为理论基础,通过单件动平衡和整体动平衡方法的结合,提高了动平衡修正精度。提出一种切实可行的不平衡量修正方法,并运用FFT运算获得了振动值,相位和转速间的连续变化曲线,从而实现了转子在高速动平衡下测量和修正的检测目的。为涡轮增压器动平衡检测技术在速度和精度上的进一步优化提供了参考。
The imbalance of the exhaust turbocharger rotor under the operating speed will cause large vibration damage. In this paper,the current balancing test technology applications were analyzed based on the theory of soft-holding me-chanical vibration;the correction precision of dynamic balance was improved through a combination of single piece and overall balancing methods. And a viable correcting method of unbalance value was proposed;the continuous change curve of vibration,phase and rotate speed value were obtained by using the FFT method;the purpose of measurement and correction of rotor was achieved under high speed dynamic balance. The reference for the further optimization of turbocharger dynamic balance detection technology on speed and accuracy was provided.
