摘要 针对孔内壁表面上的砂眼、裂纹等疵病造成的精密零件安装调试困难问题,提出一种新型疵病检测系统。首先通过水平运动系统带动测头运动到待测小孔上方,测头固定不动,然后通过竖直运动系统带动测头并采用内窥镜的测量原理提取小孔内表面的图像,最后利用MATLAB进行图像处理。结果表明,此新型检测装置光学测头长为150mm,直径为14mm,能够实现内径为15~20mm,孔深100mm的细长孔内壁测量,并且能够标记孔内壁疵病的具体位置,测量准确且可操作性强。 For some defects such as cracks and trachoma on the holes inner surface of precision parts and work-pieces, it has difficulties for installation and debugging. A novel kind of flaw detection system is proposed. Firstly the measur-ing head is moved to the measured pinhole above by the horizontal movement system. The measuring head was immo-bilized. And then the probe is driven into the pinhole by the vertical motion system. At the same time,images of key-hole surface with endoscopic principle are obtained. Finally, images are processed by using MATLAB. The result shows that the novel detection device has optical probe of 150mm length and its diameter is 14mm.The measurement of the slender hole can be realizes, which inner diameter is 15mm^20mm and length is 100mm. The specific location of holes defects can be marked. Accurate measurement and maneuverability can be acquired.
