结合模糊理论的田口算法预测钻孔参数研究 被引量:1

摘要 钻孔作业过程中的钻头抖动会带来钻孔圆度与平行度精度下降,引起钻孔质量下降。针对钻孔作业,开展以钻头直径、钻速、进给速度为研究因素,以作业压力、振动、效率为研究指标的正交试验,运用田口法初步确定各因素对单一指标的影响结果,利用灰色关联法确认各影响因素关联度,构建综合评价指标,分析得出各因素对评价函数的综合影响,采用方差分析法进一步处理试验结果,得到了各钻孔要素对综合指标的贡献率,确定了作业参数的最佳优化顺序。 Drill bit shaking during drilling operations can lead to a decrease in the accuracy of the roundness and parallelism of the drill hole and the quality of the drill will be dropped in.For the drilling operation,the orthogonal experiment with the drill diameter,the drilling speed and the feed rate as the research factors,the working pressure,vibration and efficiency as the research index was carried out;and the effect of each factor on the single index was determined by the Taguchi method.The correlation degree of each influencing factor is confirmed by the grey correlation method;a comprehensive evaluation index was constructed;the comprehensive influence of each factor on the evaluation function was analyzed and these results was further analyzed by using variance analysis method for obtaining the contribution rate of each drilling element to the comprehensive index;and the optimal optimization order of the operation parameters was determined.
