摘要 野外特种车辆的制冷管道流量不仅要求测量准确无误,且使用环境恶劣,对流量传感器的性能要求严格。设计一种基于数字信号处理器(DSP)的高精度智能流量传感器,使用涡轮式结构,采用DSP TMS320F2812作为核心处理器,利用高精度测频技术和温度补偿技术提高测量精度,并将测量结果通过控制器局域网(CAN)总线输出。在测量范围为3~9 m3/h条件下,测试智能涡轮流量传感器的测量误差估计效果,经实验测试结果表明:智能涡轮流量传感器的测量精度较高,测量精度为0. 3%,满足野外特种车辆的使用需求。 The flow of refrigeration pipeline of field special vehicles requires not only accurate measurement,but also has strict performance requirement of flow sensor due to harsh application environment. So a high-precision intelligent flow sensor based on digital signal processor(DSP) is designed. The turbo type structure is used,DSP TMS320F2812 is used as core processor. Using high precision frequency measurement technology and temperature compensation technology to improve measurement precision,and measurement result is output though controller area network(CAN) bus. Estimation effect measurement error of the intelligent turbine flow sensor is tested in measuring range of 3~ 9 m3 /h,the experimental result shows that the precision is 0. 3 %,which can satisfy the needs of the the field special vehicles.
