摘要
用电涡流无损检测方法对铝板厚度进行检测,选用方波信号作为脉冲涡流的激励信号,通过仿真建模找出时域和频域中特征值与铝板厚度之间的对应关系,并通过进一步反演计算得出铝板的厚度,实验数据显示该法可有效实现铝板厚度的无损检测。
Electric eddy current nondestructive detecting method is used to test the thickness of aluminum plate,square wave signal is chosen as pulsed excitation signal of eddy current,by simulation modeling,find out the corresponding relationship between the thickness of aluminum plate and eigenvalue in time domain and frequency domain,and through further inversion calculation,the thickness of the aluminum plate is obtained.The experimental data show that the method can effectively realize nondestructive testing on thickness of the aluminum plate.
