摘要 采用LabVIEW语言设计的透射式单频太赫兹二维扫描成像系统,选择基频为140 GHz的太赫兹源发射连续的太赫兹波,调用平移台驱动器和锁相放大器的LabVIEW功能函数,实现了待成像样品的逐点二维移动和太赫兹信号的幅值数据读取,对样品位置及其对应的幅值信息进行图像重构与灰度处理,完成了太赫兹二维快速扫描成像的设计。使用基频140 GHz和3倍频420 GHz作为太赫兹成像源,对网孔钢板和十字板两个样品进行成像实验,验证了所设计本系统的成像效果的有效性和可行性。实验结果表明:420 GHz辐射源的成像分辨率高,成像分辨率主要与样品的扫描步进和太赫兹源波长有关。 Transmitted single frequency terahertz two-dimensional scanning imaging system is designed by LabVIEW.A terahertz source with a fundamental frequency of 140 GHz is selected to emit continuous terahertz waves.Call LabVIEW functions of translation stage driver and phase-locked amplifier to realize the point-by-point two-dimensional movement and amplitude data reading of terahertz signal of sample for imaging.Image reconstruction and gray processing are carried out for the location of samples and corresponding amplitude information.Design of terahertz 2D scanning imaging is achieved.In order to verify effectiveness and feasibility of the imaging effect of the system,two-dimensional imaging experiments are carried out on two samples,mesh steel plate and cross plate,using 140 GHz and triple frequency of 420 GHz as terahertz imaging source.The experimental results show that,the imaging resolution of the 420 GHz is higher.The imaging resolution is mainly related to the scanning step of the sample and the terahertz source wavelength.
