摘要
通过邻羧基苯甲醛与苯甲酰肼在苯中的缩合反应制备了邻羧基苯甲醛苯甲酰腙 (H2 L)。在水中合成了H2 L的 6种稀土配合物 ,并采用元素分析IR ,UV ,1 HNMR和DTA TG对配合物进行了表征。配合物的分子式为RE(HL2 )·4H2 O (RE =La ,Pr,Nd ,Eu ,Gd和Er) ,配体以四齿参与配位 ,配合物是八配位结构。此外用紫外光谱法测定了配合物对O2 -·自由基的清除率。结果表明邻羧基苯甲醛苯甲酰腙稀土配合物有一定的抗氧化活性 ,对O2 -·自由基的清除率在 8%~ 2 5
The 2 carboxybenzaldehyde benzoyl hydrazone (H 2L) was prepared by condensation of 2 carboxybenzaldehyde with benzoyl hydrazine in benzene. Six rare earth complexes of with H 2L were synthesized in water and characterized on the basis of elemental analyses, IR, UV, 1H NMR spectra and thermal analyses. The general formula of the complexes is RE(HL 2)·4H 2O (where RE=La, Pr, Nd, Eu, Gd and Er). The H 2L as a tetradantate ligand enters into coordination, and its complexes are the structure of eight coordinations. Besides, the scavenger effects on O 2 -· radicals of the ligand and its complexes were determined by UV spectroscopy method. The results show that the rare earth complexes of 2 carboxybenzaldehyde benzoyl hydrazone have antioxidative activity to certain extent, and their scavenger rate for O 2 -· radicals is around 8%~25%.
