摘要
从NdFeB稀土永磁材料阻氢的角度出发 ,对NdFeB阻氢涂层的制备进行了研究。利用厚膜烧结方法和浸涂法在NdFeB磁体表面涂覆Ag/聚合物复合涂层作为NdFeB磁体的阻氢涂层 ,高压充氢实验结果表明 ,在 10MPa ,2 5℃的氢环境中 ,粘结NdFeB磁体充氢 480min未粉碎 ,最高可达 60 0min ,烧结NdFeB磁体充氢 180min未粉碎 ,最高可达 2 80min。
For hydrogen resistant of NdFeB rare-earth permanent magnet, the fabrication of hydrogen resistant coating was studied. Ag/polymer coating was fabricated by thick film roast and dipping methods. Under the condition of hydrogen with 10 MPa pressure and 25 ℃, the results show that the magnets can resist hydrogen 178 min for sintered NdFeB magnets and 480 min for bonded magnets at least, and the maximal time is up to 288 min for sintered NdFeB magnets and 480 min for bonded magnets. The results also show that the magnets' properties almost do not change after coating by Ag/polymer.
