Design on the Hierarchical Index System of Statistical Analysis and Evaluation for National Geographic Condition

随着地理国情监测工作的全面开展,通过对不同区域地理国情统计分析实践的总结提升,对地理国情统计分析指标体系进行了设计、改进与完善。地理国情统计分析与评价指标体系包括地理国情统计(基本统计、分类统计、综合统计)、地理国情区域分析和地理国情指数,探讨了地理国情统计分析与评价的方法,为开展地理国情统计分析提供了理论指导,为政府宏观决策、部门管理和公众地理国情信息服务等提供支撑。

With the development of geographical conditions monitoring, the index system for national geographic condition statistics was improved based on the summary of geographic condition statistics analysis and practices in different regions. The hierarchical index system for national geographic condition statistics and evaluation included national geographic condition statistics, regional analysis and geographic condition index. The national geographic condition statistics included fundamental statistics, categorical statistics and comprehensive statistics. In addition, the methodologies of geographic condition statistics and evaluation were discussed. It provides the theoretical direction for national geographic condition statistics and supports for the government macroscopic decisions, divisional management and the public geographic information service.
