摘要 地理国情监测是国家和区域科学、和谐与可持续发展决策的重要支撑手段之一。随着地理信息技术的不断发展,可以快速获取大区域、多时相、高精度地理观测数据,极大地提高了地理国情监测的效率和精度。论文围绕自然地理国情监测,从省域、市域、县域三个区域尺度出发,以现状和变化两个时间特征开展了植被、水系、耕地、海涂等典型自然地理国情要素的遥感监测技术研究,力图突破自然地理要素信息提取、时空变化分析等关键技术难点,为开展自然地理国情常态化监测提供技术与应用示范。 Geographic national condition monitoring is one of the most important means to promote scientific, harmonious and sustainable development at national and regional levels. Along with the development of geographical information technology, geographic observation data with features of large regions, multi-temporal images and high-precision measurements can be quickly obtained, which largely improved the efficiency and precision of geographic national condition monitoring. This paper focuses on the physical geographic national condition monitoring, in three scales of province region, city region and county region. The research takes vegetative cover, water system, cultivated land and beach soil as the typical elements of physical geography, attempts to resolve the technical difficulties such as elements information extraction and spatiotemporal change analysis, for monitoring their present status and changed situation by remote sensing technology.
