摘要
以地理国情普查数据为基础,结合历史高分辨率遥感影像,综合运用土地利用单一、双向动态度模型,以及GIS空间叠置与转置分析法,研究清远高新区2005~2013年土地利用时空演变特征。研究结果表明:①2005~2013年高新区土地利用发生了显著变化,其中,耕地、荒漠与裸露地表、水域显著减少,房屋建筑区、道路和构筑物增加最多;②高新区2010年以前开发建设相对滞后,2010~2013年间建设加快,人工堆掘地变化活跃;③高新区基础设施逐渐完善,土地利用结构复杂性提高,较注重对生态用地的保护。研究结论认为清远高新区土地集约利用程度有待加强,不同功能地块和生态空间需要在空间上进行统筹规划与整合。
Based on the geographical conditions monitoring data and high resolution remote sensing data,through land use dynamic degree,spatial overlay analysis model by GIS technology,this paper takes Qingyuan high-tech development zone as the study area to analyze the land use spatial-time evolution from 2003 to 2012. The result shows that,(1) during 2005 to 2013,significant land use changes have taken place in the high-tech zone,including the significant reduction in cultivated land,desert and bare surface,water,the remarkable increase in buildings,roads and other structures;(2) the high-tech zone goes through a relative lag development before 2010,during 2010 to 2013,the construction is accelerated,especially the artificial digging land changes actively;(3) the infrastructure improves steadily in the zone and the land use structure becomes more complicated,at the same time,the ecological land is protected well. The conclusion of the study shows that land intensive utilization degree in Qingyuan high-tech development zone remains to be strengthen,different function blocks and ecological space need overall planning and integration on the space.
