摘要
地名地址是数字城市建设中地理信息资源共享的基础,也是推动智慧城市建设的关键,在基础地理信息数据、导航POI以及城市专题信息等多源数据的地名地址建设背景下,本文从结构设计、编辑平台、更新方法等关键技术进行研究,提出了自适应地名地址数据标准体系以及异构数据互操作一体化编辑平台理念,将密切联系的地名、地址、兴趣点自适应融合和拆分,灵活的数据设计结构实现了可定制应用需求,并实现多源数据下权威部门维护权威数据更新模式。通过实验区验证,该标准体系、编辑方法及更新机制有利于构建面向动态、异构、开放的多源地名地址信息环境下快速、准确地更新,这对于指导实际工作有着重要意义。
Place name and address data is the basis of geographic information resources sharing in digital city construction and the key to promote the construction of smart city. Based on geographic information data, POI navigation and City multi-thematic information data construction, this article conducted the research from the key technology, construction standards, editing platform, update method, and proposed adaptive place names and address data standard system and interoperability of heterogeneous data integration platform editing concept. The place names, addresses, points of interest and resolution of adaptive fusion are closely linkedtogether, and can implementthe customized application requirements. It maintains the data in data update mode under the authority of the department. Through experimentation area verification, the system has a good practicability and popularization from the standard framework to the editing platform and updating maintenance.
