浅议煤炭行业“新生代矿工”安全培训教育的对策

摘要
为了加强对煤矿企业农民工培训,对地方国有煤矿和乡镇煤矿的实地走访,采用从业人员工作年限、新招录员工对培训需求的资料分析,提出了对"新生代矿工"的安全培训教育的方法、建议,对煤矿的安全生产有一定实践指导意义。
