市场经济条件下员工“单方”心理契约实证分析与思考

摘要 市场经济从本质上说是契约经济,契约是组织存在的基础。随着市场经济的发展和完善以及传统经济向知识经济的转变,心理契约在员工与企业联系、在员工工作行为和工作表现中所起的作用将越来越大。本文采用文献参考法、实证分析与问卷调查等相结合的方法,通过对我国目前员工"单方"心理契约内容和履行状况分析,提出了加强我国员工心理契约管理的措施与方法,以提升企业竞争力。
