摘要
对异轨遥感影像构建立体模型的测绘模式进行了分析,提出了构建异轨立体的像对需要从基高比、侧视角及时相性等关键因素进行筛选。通过把全国第一次地理国情普查项目中存档的异轨遥感影像运用到中缅边境南段1∶10 000基础测绘项目的试验,结果表明具有足够基高比和侧视角且影像时相相近的异轨遥感影像立体像对满足1∶10 000基础测绘数字化制图的要求。异轨遥感影像立体测绘模式可以弥补1∶10 000基础测绘项目获取的影像资料不能有效覆盖整个测区的缺陷,大大提高存档影像资源的利用效率,保证了基础测绘成果质量,提升了测绘地理信息行业的服务水平。
In this paper,we propose the construction of cross-track stereo-imageries,which need to be screened from the key factors such as base-height ratio,side look angel and timely phase,etc.,by analyzing the mapping model of cross-track remote sensing images to build stereo model.Through the test of applying cross-track remote sensing image which was archived in the first geographical national condition census to basic surveying and mapping project of China-Burma border,the results showed that the cross-track remote sensing images which has engouth base-height ratio,side look angel as well as its image time phase can meet digital mapping requirements of1 ∶ 10 000 basic surveying and mapping.Cross-track remote sensing images stereo mapping model can make up defects of 1 ∶ 10 000 basic surveying and mapping project which gets the image data cannot cover the whole survey area,greatly improve the utilization efficiency of image archiving resources,ensure the quality of basic surveying and mapping results,improve the service level of Surveying and mapping geographic information industry.
