平面反射镜辅助的激光扫描数据获取方法

摘要 作为一种光学测量设备,激光扫描仪在测量时不可避免地存在或多或少的盲区,从而在点云上形成孔洞,严重影响点云及模型的质量。为解决这一问题,提高点云获取的完整性,本文设计了一种附带人工标志的平面反射镜用于获取盲区的点云数据方案。通过反射成像原理提取像空间点云数据并恢复到物方坐标系下,从而完成盲区数据的扫描。试验表明,该方案能大大提高点云采集的完整率。 As a kind of optical measuring equipment,the three-dimensional laser scanner inevitably exists blind areas,thus forming holes in the point cloud,which seriously affects the quality of the point cloud and the model. In order to solve this problem,a kind of plane mirror with artificial reflector is designed to obtain the point cloud data of the blind area. Through the principle of reflection imaging,the image space point cloud data are extracted and restored to the object coordinate system,so the blind area data can be scanned.Experiments show that this scheme can greatly improve the integrity of point cloud.
