摘要
目前国内对机场空中网架球节点的测量仍采用传统的全站仪测量方式,相对于全站仪的单点测量,三维激光扫描仪作为一种新的测量仪器测量速度快,精度高,不受时间的影响,可以快速准确获取大面积的物体测量,但经过点云拼接以及球节点拟合后的精度是否能够满足工程需求却亟待验证。本文以青岛胶东国际新机场某指廊以及北京新机场某标段为例,分别利用三维激光扫描仪对网架球节点进行点云数据采集提取节点最低点坐标并与全站仪测量结果进行对比验证。最终验证了三维激光扫描仪可以大幅度提高工作效率,减少工作量并且精度可以满足机场吊顶测量的工程测量需求。
At present,the measurement of ball nodes at the airport air grid is still using the traditional total station measurement method. Compared to the single point measurement of the total station,the 3D laser scanner as a new measuring instrument has fast measurement speed and high precision,without the influence of time,large-area object measurement can be obtained quickly and accurately. But whether or not the accuracy after the point cloud splicing and the ball node fitting can meet the engineering needs is urgently needed to be verified. In this paper,a fingertip of Qingdao Jiaodong International Airport and a bidding section of Beijing New Airport are taken as examples. The three-dimensional laser scanner is used to collect the minimum point coordinates of the node from the point cloud data of the grid node and compared with the total station measurement results. Finally,it was verified that the threedimensional laser scanner can greatly increase the work efficiency,reduce the workload,and the accuracy can meet the engineering measurement requirements of the airport ceiling measurement.
