摘要
超大、异形建筑结构的出现给规划设计与工程施工带来了极大的挑战,传统的方法难以完成复杂形状的设计、型材的制造及精确的安装。建筑信息模型的提出与使用给异形建筑的建设提供了一种行之有效的解决途径。以二维图纸作为依据建立的BIM模型在多个领域得到成功应用,但在建筑工程设计施工中存在与实际建筑结构存在偏差的问题。以精密空间定位技术为依据建立BIM模型具有准确可靠地优点,可大大提高工程的质量与效率。郑州T2航站楼吊顶工程为例,介绍BIM施工体系的流程与特点。
The appearance of super-large and special-shaped structures has brought great challenges to the construction planning and engineering.The traditional methods are difficult to complete the design of complex shapes,the manufacture of profiles and the accurate installation.The construction and application of the building information model provides an effective way to solve the problem of the construction of special-shaped buildings. The BIM model based on two-dimensional drawings has been successfully applied in many fields,but there is a problem of deviation between the actual construction and the actual construction in the construction of the project.The BIM model based on precision space positioning technology has the advantages of accuracy and reliability,and can greatly improve the quality and efficiency of the project. Taking the ceiling project of Zhengzhou T2 terminal as an example,the process and characteristics of BIM construction system are introduced.
