摘要
针对基于点云数据的高压线塔变形监测问题,开展了解决该工程问题的室内模拟试验。采用按比例缩小的高压线塔模型,设置沉降和倾斜条件,利用近景工业摄影测量系统采集高压线塔图像数据,高精度白光扫描仪采集高压线塔模型变形前后的点云数据。首先使用Geomagic Studio对点云数据进行预处理,然后通过Geomagic Qualify对比变形前后的高压线塔模型,获取高压线塔模型点云的变形值。根据不同高度处截面中心偏移量分析高压线塔倾斜变形规律,并将其结果与近景工业摄影测量系统计算结果相对比,验证了利用水平截面法分析高压线塔变形的可靠性。
Aiming at the problem of deformation monitoring of high voltage tower based on point cloud data,an indoor simulation experiment to solve the engineering problems was carried out.The scaled-down high-voltage tower model is used to set the settlement and tilt conditions.The close-up industrial photogrammetry system is used to collect the high-voltage line tower image data,and the highprecision white light scanner collects the point cloud data before and after the deformation of the high-voltage line tower model. First,Geomagic Studio is used to preprocess the point cloud data,and then Geomagic Qualify compares the high-voltage tower model before and after the deformation to obtain the deformation value of the point cloud of the high-voltage tower model.The inclination deformation law of high-voltage towers is analyzed according to the central offset of section height at different heights,and the results are compared with the calculation results of close-range industrial photogrammetry system.The reliability of deformation analysis of high-voltage towers is verified by horizontal section method.
