摘要
在粮食生产功能区和重要农产品生产保护区(简称'两区')划定工作中,由于'两区'地块数据量巨大,手工勾绘地块费时费力,工作效率低且容易出错。因此,本文以图斑综合理论为指导,提出一种基于约束性Delaunay三角网的'两区'地块生成方法。并以云南省砚山县干河乡的承包地块为试验数据,基于Arc Engine二次开发技术实现'两区'地块生成方法,试验结果表明该方法能较好地生成'两区'地块,极大地提高了'两区'划定的工作效率。
In the delimitation of functional zones for grain production and important protection areas for agricultural products('twozone'),due to the huge amount of land data in'two-zone',parcel drawing is time-consuming and laborious,and the work efficiency is low and prone to errors.Therefore,a'two-zone'parcel generation method based on constrained Delaunay triangulation is proposed in this paper.Taking the cadastral parcel in ganhe township,yanshan county,yunnan province as the experimental data,the'two-zone'parcel generation method is realized based on Arc Engine secondary development technology.The test results show that this method can generate'two-zone'parcel well and greatly improve the work efficiency of demarcation of'two-zone'.
